Power user profiles are used to group power users together based on role. Each profile is assigned a different set of permissions for managing Learning resources in Dayforce. See Permissions for Power User Profiles.
Before You Begin: You must have the Super Administrator role to manage power users. Each power user must have a profile assigned to it in order to see any data in the Learning features.
Assign Profiles to a Single Power User
To assign profiles to an individual power user:
- Go to Learning Setup > Power User Management.
- In the Profiles column, click the icon for the power user that you want to assign a user profile to.
- Do one of the following:
- In the Granted Profiles field, begin typing the name of the profile, and then select the profile from the drop-down list.
- Click Grant Profiles, select the checkbox for one or both profiles, and then click Confirm.
- Click Save Changes.
Assign Profiles to Multiple Power Users
To assign profiles to multiple power users at once:
- Go to Learning Setup > Power User Management.
- Select the checkbox in the row for any power user that you want to assign a user profile. You can select as many power users as necessary. To select all of the power users on the page, select the checkbox in the header row.
- Click the Choose Action button and then select Assign Profiles.
- Select one or both checkboxes to assign the profiles to the selected power users.
- Click Assign, then click Confirm.
