Assign Channel Experts

Before You Begin: This feature is only available to customers that have purchased the Coach and Share add-on.

To assign experts to a channel:

1. Go to Learning Setup > Channels Setup.
2. In the row for the channel you want to assign experts to, click the icon in the Experts column.
3. Click Assign Experts.
4. Select the checkboxes next to the users you want to mark as experts.
5. Click Confirm.
