If needed, you can add notes to employee's certifications in the Learning screen of People.
To add a note to a certification:
- Go to People, open the employee profile, and click Learning.
- Click the Certifications tab.
- In the row for the certification, in the Notes column, click the note icon (). The Notes slide-out panel opens.
- Click the Write a note field. The application displays the Title and Comment fields.
- (Optional) Enter a title in the Title field.
- Enter your note in the Comment field.
- (Optional) Click the attachment icon to add a file to the note using the Upload Files dialog box.
- To add the note to the employee's certification, click Post.
