Updating Your Account After Logging In to IAM

After you log in to IAM, you can use the My Profile page to change your password, update your secret questions, change your email address, update your phone number, and update your Multifactor Authentication settings if the feature is used by your organization.

  1. Click the navigation menu button, and then click My Profile.
  2. Click the Profile tab to change:
    1. First or last name
    2. Default Locale (this can affect the language IAM is displayed in upon your next login)
    3. Email address
    4. Email communication preference
    5. Phone number
  3. Click the Password tab to change your password.
  4. Click the Security Question tab to change your security questions.
  5. If MFA is enabled for your organization, click Multifactor Authentication (MFA) to reset your MFA settings.
