Logging in as an Existing User

This section explains how to log in as an existing user. An “existing user” means you already have a password associated with your account in IAM.

To log in as an existing user:

1. Navigate to the IAM Sign In page URL: https://iam.dayforce.com. Save this URL for future access.
2. On the Sign In page, enter your user Id and password. Your user Id is formatted as username_organization, for example, jsmith_palmettoltd. The user Id is not case-sensitive.

3. Click Sign In.

The Home page appears with the links to open your applications.

If you’re a Dayforce Tax or Dayforce Powerpay user, you log directly into Dayforce Tax or Dayforce Powerpay using the URL provided.
