Changing Your Password Before It Expires

IAM passwords expire periodically. The default is every 24 days although your company’s security policy may be different. As the expiration date nears, a warning message appears when you log in.

To change your password before it expires:

  1. On the Sign In page, enter your User Id and Password.
  2. Click Sign In.

  1. On the Password Expiration page, click Yes – Change Password.

If you choose not to change your password now, you can change it after you log in by going to My Account > Change Password.

  1. On the Change Password page, enter your current password, then enter a new password and enter it again to confirm it.

  1. Click Save. A confirmation message appears stating that your password was changed successfully. IAM also sends an email to your email account that your password was changed.

  1. Click OK to dismiss the confirmation message and go to the Home page.
