You Can't Assign Data Items to User Accounts
To assign PSIDs to a user, ensure that all the following selections are correct.
- All of the PSIDs that your company uses are in the All data profile on the Data Profile page.
- The Enabled check box for each PSID you want to assign is checked on the Data Profile page.
- The user account is assigned to a Data as a Service (DaaS) or CTP role, with the appropriate role attributes, on the Users page.
If these selections are set correctly, the User Assignment link is visible at the top of the Users page. If the User Assignment link isn't visible at the top of the Users page for the user to whom you're trying to assign a PSID, one or more of these selections isn't set correctly.
