User – Properties by User

  1. To access the report, click the Reporting button on the Home page..
  2. In the Report Type field, select Event Reporting.
  3. In the Report Name field, select User – Properties by User.
  4. In the Start Date field, click the calendar icon to select a start date from the date picker.
  5. In the End Date field, click the calendar icon to select a start date from the date picker.
  6. In the Event Type field, select the event type that you want to include in the report.
    When an event type is selected, it is added to the Event Type field. You can click X to remove that event type from the Event Type field. Alternatively, you can leave the Event Type field set to All to include all event types in the report. You can choose from the following event types:
    1. Users – Properties – The type of message sent to the user, e.g., SendSecurityCode or SendWelcomeEmail, is shown in the Event Description column of the report.
  7. In the Event Description field, select the event descriptions you want to include on the report.When an event description is selected, it is added to the Event Description field. You can click X to remove that event type from the Event Description field. Alternatively, you can leave the Event Description field set to All to include all event descriptions in the report. You can choose from the following event descriptions:
    1. User Status
    2. First Name
    3. Middle Name
    4. Last Name
    5. Email
    6. MFA Exclusion Through
    7. Default Locale
    8. Default URL for Welcome Letter
    9. Event Update Notification
    10. Email Communication Preference
  8. In the User Last/First Name field, type the name of the user using the last name, first name format.
    You can type a minimum of the first 2 characters of the last name to populate the list with last names that begin with those first 2 characters. The more of the name you type, the more the list of matching names is narrowed. Alternatively, you can leave the User Last/First Name field set to All to run the report against all users.
  9. In the User Status field, select Active to include only active users, Inactive to include only inactive users, or All to include both active and inactive users in the report.
