User Management Reports

These reports display detailed information about users.

User Management reports included in IAM are:

Locked User Report – This report displays the status of user accounts including the user ID, username, the user’s email address, whether the user’s account is locked, and whether the user’s status is enabled or disabled.
User Authorization Report – This report displays user information for auditing to show what roles, attributes, and data items are assigned to a user.
User Authorization Crosstab Report – This report displays which users are authorized to use specific products and displays attributes assigned to the users for the selected product. You can run the report for one product per report.
Suspended MFA User – This report displays user information to show which roles have been excluded from Multifactor Authentication (MFA).
