User Can't Access the Partner Application from the IAM Home Page
If the user clicks the partner application icon on the Home page, but is either brought to the partner application login page, or receives an error message, check the following:
- The user has an account (user ID) for the partner application that matches the attribute value assigned to the user in IAM (for partner applications that require a user ID to link the user to the partner application).
- A provisioning result does not indicate a failure for that user.
If the partner application icon is for HPL, Powerpay, or IWFM and nothing happens when the user clicks the icon on the Home page, ensure that the organization- and user-level attributes are set up correctly.
