User Can't Access DaaS Signature Images
Make sure that the following settings are correct:
- User is assigned to a DaaS role, either DaaS Customer Admin or DaaS Customer User.
- User has the appropriate DaaS role attributes assigned to the user account. The role attribute for Signature payroll images is Signature PDFs, and either HPL Reporting or HPW Reporting, depending on the HR/payroll system.
- In DaaS, the Product Access settings on the User Access page are set for the appropriate access. For Signature PDFs, on the User Access page in the Product Access settings, the Images check box in the Signature section is checked.
