User Authorization Report
- To access the report, click the Reporting button on the Home page.
- In the Report Type list, select User Management.
- In the Report Name field, select User Authorization Report.
- In the Org Name field, type the name of the organization.
You can type a minimum of the first 2 characters of the organization name to populate the list with organizations that begin with those first 2 characters. The more of the name you type, the more the list of matching names is narrowed. Alternatively, you can leave the Org Name field set to All to run the report against all organization names. - In the User Email Comm Preference field, select one of the following options:
- All – include users with any email communications preference
- All Emails – include users that receive all emails
- No Emails – include users that receive no emails
- Product Emails Only – include users who receive product emails only
- Compliance Emails Only – include users who receive compliance emails only
- In the User Default Send Event Update Email field, select Yes to include users that have the Send Event Update Emails option enabled or select No to include users that do not have the Send Event Update Emails option enabled. Alternatively, you can leave the option set to All to include users with the option either enabled or disabled.
- In the Product field, select the products that you want to include in the report.
When a product is selected it is added to the Product field. You can click X to remove that product from the Product field. Alternatively, you can leave the Product field set to All to include all products in the report. - In the User IAM Role field, select the user IAM roles that you want to include in the report.
When a status is selected, it is added to the User Status field. Click X to remove selected roles from the User Status field. Choose from:- Customer Admin
- Dayforce IAM Admin
- Dayforce IAM Implementation Admin
- In the User Product Role field, select the product user roles that you want to include in the report.
IAM Dayforce User, Customer Admin, and Customer User are selected by default. Click X to remove selected roles from the User Product Role field. Choose from:- IAM Dayforce User
- Customer Admin
- Customer User
- In the Attribute field, select the product attributes that you want to include in the report.
When an attribute is selected, it is added to the Attribute field. You can click X to remove that product from the Attribute field. Alternatively, you can leave the Attribute field set to All to include all products in the report. - In the Data Item Type field, select the data item type that you want to include in the report.
When a data item type is selected, it is added to the Attribute field. You can click X to remove that product from the Data Item Type field. Alternatively, you can leave the Data Item Type field set to All to include all data item types in the report. You can choose from the following data item types:- Canada Blue Payroll Id
- Canada Green Payroll Id
- FEIN
- Powerpay
- US Signature Payroll Id
- In the PSID field, type a PSID that exists for the selected organization.
You can type a minimum of the first 2 characters of the PSID to populate the list with PSIDs that begin with those first 2 characters. The more of the PSID you type, the more the list of matching PSIDs is narrowed. Alternatively, you can leave the PSID field set to All to run the report against all PSIDs in the selected organization. - In the FEIN field, type a FEIN that exists for the selected organization.
You can type a minimum of the first 2 characters of the FEIN to populate the list with FEINs that begin with those first 2 characters. The more of the FEIN you type, the more the list of matching FEIN s is narrowed. Alternatively, you can leave the FEIN field set to All to run the report against all FEIN s in the selected organization. - In the Parent FEIN field, select Yes or No to indicate whether the FEIN is a parent FEIN or leave the option set to All to include FEINs regardless of whether they are a parent FEIN.
- In the PSID/FEIN Status field, select Active or Inactive to include active or inactive PSID or FEINs in the report. Alternatively, you can leave the PSID/FEIN Status field set to All to include both active and inactive PSID/FEINs.
- In the User Status field, select Active to include only active users, Inactive to include only inactive users, or All to include both active and inactive users in the report.
When a status is selected, it is added to the User Status field. Click X to remove selected roles from the User Status field. - Click Download Report to run the report.
The report is downloaded to your default download folder. Browse to the download folder and double-click the report to open it. If your web browser supports it, you can click on the download in your browser’s download status bar.
