Sorting Reports in Microsoft Excel

When viewing report results in IAM, you can change the default sort order by clicking a header column in the report to sort by that column. You are limited to sorting by one column at a time in IAM. If you want to sort by multiple columns, you can download the report into Microsoft Excel and convert the report to a normal range. Use the steps below to convert the report to a normal range in an Excel spreadsheet.

  1. In Excel, select a cell in the report.
  2. Click the Design tab.
  3. Click Convert to Range.
  4. Click Yes when prompted to convert the report to a normal range.
