Reporting

The IAM Reporting feature in IAM allows you to run reports to see useful information about organizations in IAM. Reports are generated as Microsoft Excel .xlsx files.

You can access the Reporting feature by clicking the Reporting button on the Home page or by clicking the menu button, clicking Administration, and then clicking Reporting.

The available reports are described in detail below.

When the Reporting page is displayed, there are standard options at the top of the page to manage the report forms.

Reporting toolbar

  • Pin button – Pins the selected report settings preventing changes to the report options.
  • Add/Remove Filter – Used to add or remove the selection of filters from the report. If a filter option is cleared, the filter option is removed from the list of filter options on the report page. Likewise, the corresponding column is removed from the report spreadsheet.
  • Reset – Clears previous selections and resets the Reporting page to the default layout.
  • Download Report – Used to run and download the report results into an Excel spreadsheet (XLSX or XLS). The results in Microsoft Excel can be sorted, filtered, etc. as desired. The spreadsheet is downloaded into the default Download folder on your computer. The Excel file will be named for the report and the date on which the report was run in YYYY-MM-DD format with no spaces. For example:
