As an IAM Customer Admin, you’re responsible for managing specific information in IAM on an ongoing basis. The information you’re responsible for managing includes the following:
- Users – As new employees join your company, or others leave, you’ll need to ensure that new employee user accounts are set up, either through provisioning or by adding them manually in IAM. You’ll also need to ensure that all users have access to the information they require in partner applications they access through IAM. Finally, users may accidentally lock themselves out of their account if they attempt too many unsuccessful log ins, so you may need to unlock user accounts.
- PSID/FEINs– As your company’s PSID/FEINs change, you’ll need to update user data profile assignments as needs dictate.
If you need additional IAM Customer Admin accounts or PSIDs created for your organization, please contact Dayforce.
