Update a Comment to Internal or Public

To change a public reply to internal or internal note to public in a case:

  1. Go to HR Case Management > Cases.
  2. Depending on if you want to select a case that is assigned to you or not, select the Assigned to me tab or the All tab.
  3. From the Subject column, select a case.
  4. Click the three dots beside a message and click Mark as internal or public accordingly. Dayforce updates the response due date to reflect the change if there’s a new latest public message.
