Respond to a Message for Your Case

If a case status is Waiting for Employee, you must respond to the message for that case for it to move forward in the process.

To respond to a message:

  1. Go to HR Cases > My Cases.
  2. Open your desired case from the list of cases.
  3. Respond to the message accordingly, then click Send Message.
  4. Note: If you leave the screen before clicking Send Message your response won't be saved.

The status changes to Waiting for HR.
