HR Team Member Access

The HR Team tab in HR Case Admin contains the following information for HR team members:

  • HR team member: Display name and job assignment.
  • User roles: As configured in System Admin > Roles in Dayforce. This column only shows only the roles that have HR Case Management > Cases configured and doesn’t show roles that aren’t assigned to that feature.
  • Topic access: Topics and subtopics (if they exist) that you assigned the HR team member access to. Subtopics and topics are listed together, separated by a forward slash. Archived topics and subtopics have an (Archived) tag.
  • Update assignees: Used to update HR team member access to topics and subtopics. For instructions see Update Topic and Subtopic Access for HR Team Members

Filter

You can filter the list by clicking the down arrow beside the item you want to filter, and then selecting your items from the listed options. If subtopics exist, they are indented under their topic. You can select a subtopic or topic independently. Dayforce shows tags that show your filter criteria above the list. Subtopics are shown together, separated by a forward slash. To remove a filter, you can click the X on a tag or click Clear all to remove all tags.

Search

Search for HR team members based on their display name, using full or partial words. Search is non-case sensitive. Search results are in real-time as you type. Search also shows an error if there are no results.

You can filter and search at the same time.
