If there are no roles configured for HR Case Management > Cases, no one will show on the HR Case Admin screen. In those cases, the application shows a screen with a message that indicates to configure feature access. Configure role assignment in the Features tab of System Admin > Roles in Dayforce:

set up feature access

Additionally, the Set up Location Access message indicates that location access determines which employee cases HR team members have access to. Location access is set up in Dayforce. For more information about location access, see Assign Location Access in the Dayforce Implementation Guide.
