Close Your Case

Note: When you mark a case as closed you cannot open it, only HR team members can open a case after it is closed.

To close your case:

  1. Go to HR Cases > My Cases.
  2. Open your desired case from the list of cases.
  3. Click Mark as Closed.

The status changes to Closed, the case is no longer editable and it cannot be reopened. HR team members also see the closed status.
