The Case Totals by Topic report shows the total number of cases per topic at the time that the report is pulled. The report results include all cases in HR Case Management, regardless of your topic or location access. The parameter for the date range specifically targets the submitted on date (not the close date or last update date or any other date). By default, the report parameter is configured to show totals for cases created within the last 30 days, including today, but you can edit the parameter as needed.

Note: All topics in HR Case Admin > Topics show in the final report, whether they’re active or inactive.
