Case Totals by Topic

The Case Totals by Topic report shows the total number of cases created for each topic in HR Case Management. The parameters for the date range specifically targets the case creation date (not the close date or last update date or any other date). By default, the report parameters are configured to show totals for cases created within the last seven days, including today, but you can edit the parameters as desired.

Role feature access: Report Library > Human Resources > HR Case Management > Case Totals by Topic

Note: All topics in HR Case Admin > Topics will show in the final report, whether they are active or inactive.
