When you create a case, you can connect with Human Resources personnel if you have questions that need assistance from an HR team member. With the HR Cases feature, you can create a case so you can get help from HR and check the status of your request. When you create a case, you fill in the following required details:
| Name | Description |
|---|---|
| Topic that best describes your request |
Topics and subtopics (if they exist) are listed together in the drop-down list, separated by a forward slash. If you search for a topic or subtopic Dayforce shows predictive results as you type. |
| Subject of your request | Summary of your question. The maximum length is 100 characters. |
| How can I help you | Details of your question. You can use formatted text and add external links if needed. The maximum length is 4,000 characters including any HTML characters. |
| Attachments |
Attachments added to a case are only available to the employee who submitted the case, and HR case workers who have permissions to see the case or have been assigned to the case. An error message is shown if the following occurs:

| Submit | After you enter the information in the required fields, you can submit your case. If, you leave the screen before |
