View HR Import 2.0 Errors in Dayforce

You can view HR Import 2.0 errors in the job log for the HR Import background job.

Before You Begin: You must have the Can Download Error Files role feature enabled for your user role to access the Error File subtab described in this topic. See “Assign Role Features” in the Dayforce Implementation Guide.

To view the job log for the HR Import background job:

  1. Go to System Admin > Background Jobs and click the Job Logs tab.
  2. Locate the import that you want to view and expand it.
  3. Click the Debug Information tab to view high-level details about the errors.
  4. Click the Error File subtab and then click Link to file to download the detailed XML for the errors.
