In the Work > Photo Enrollment screen in People, you can view your employee’s current stock photo, view existing photo templates, and exempt the employee from picture validation. The employee’s stock photo is one of the pictures captured at the clock during the photo enrollment process. The clock captures three pictures during enrollment, and you must select one of the three to use as a stock photo. The stock photo acts as the employee’s main photo and is used in comparison with pictures captured when the employee clocks in or out on a Dayforce clock.
Note: Photo enrollment is performed using the camera on the Dayforce Touch Clock. If an employee isn't enrolled for picture validation, no pictures appear in the Photo Enrollment screen and Dayforce indicates that the employee isn't enrolled for picture validation.
If the Dayforce Touch Clock is configured to use picture capture, you can review the pictures the clock captured in the Photo Enrollment screen. These pictures are shown in the Clock Entry Audits feature, or in the Clock Data panel of Timesheets. When you review the pictures in the Clock Entry Audits feature, Dayforce shows the employee’s stock photo in addition to the picture captured with the clock entry.
To select a stock photo for an employee:
- Go to People, open the employee profile, and click Work > Photo Enrollment. If the selected employee is enrolled for picture capture, the following screen appears:

- To select a different stock image, click Change Stock Photo. The Select New Stock Photo dialog box opens:

- Choose between one of the three photos. After you select a photo, click Done.
- To exempt the employee from picture capture, select the Exempt employee from photo validation checkbox.
- Click Save.
To delete photo templates, click Delete Templates.
Note: If you delete photo templates, new templates can be taken only on the clock.
