Access and configuration:
- Role feature access: Application Container > People > Employee Profile > Work > Entitlement Breakdown (All subfeatures)
- Role authorization access: Employee Entitlement Breakdown Information (All Permissions)
In the Work > Entitlement Breakdown screen in People, you can review historical and current entitlement eligibility dates. Currently, this feature supports Long Service Leave (LSL) eligibility dates. In the LSL eligibility dates tab, you can review an employee’s LSL eligibility start and end dates and view if they are eligible for LSL. These dates are configured in Pay Setup > Long Service Leave. You can also filter the results shown using the Is eligibility date filter. To filter by eligibility date:
- In the LSL eligibility dates tab, click the Is eligibility date drop-down list.
- Select the Yes checkbox to view date ranges that qualify as an LSL eligibility date or select the No checkbox to view date ranges that are eligible for LSL.
- Click Apply.
