You can change the columns in People to determine what information Dayforce shows when you open the feature. For example, if you often need to know employee hire dates, you can configure Dayforce so that this column is always shown.
To change which columns are shown:
- Go to People and click View.
- Click Choose Columns.
- In the Column Options dialog box, do any of the following:
- To add a column, use the arrows to move it from the Available list to the Selected list.
- To remove a column, use the arrows to move it from the Selected list to the Available list.
- To specify the column order, use the up and down arrows.
- Click Select.
