Sort and View Employee Profiles

In People, you can either view individual employee profiles or load several profiles that you can then navigate between.

To sort employees, click the different column headers. Click again to toggle between ascending and descending order. When the grid loads, it’s populated with 50 records, so the 50 records are sorted. When you scroll to the bottom of the list, Dayforce loads another 50 records, and when the grid is populated and sorted again, all 100 records are sorted.

To view a single employee record, click the employee’s name in the list.

To load multiple employee profiles:

  1. Go to People and select the checkboxes next to the profiles that you want to open:
  2. Three checkboxes selected.
  3. Click View Profile.
  4. To navigate between the profiles that you selected, you can:
    • Click the left and right arrows:
    • Cursor hovering over the right arrow icon to navigate between the selected profiles.
    • Select the employee in the drop-down list:
    • Employee drop-down list.
