Send Right to Work Checks to Employees (CheckWorkRights)

In People, you can send requests for right to work (RTW) checks to employees who weren’t sent one, or were marked as no longer employed in CheckWorkRights. When you submit a request for a right to work check, the employee is sent an email with a link to the right to work survey.

Before You Begin: To send a right to work check, both you (the sender) and the employee must have an email address in Dayforce. If an employee has both a business and personal email address on file, Dayforce sends the request to the personal email address.

To send a right to work check:

  1. Go to People and open the employee profile.
  2. In the employee header, click the link next to the work rights indicator:

  4. In the dialog box that opens, click Request Right to Work Check.
  5. Click Submit.
