Save Favorite Filters

If you need to refer to the same set of employees often, it can be helpful to save the filter as a favorite. For example, if you often need to view employee records for managers, you can save a favorite filter that shows employees with a manager job assignment.

To save a filter as a favorite:

  1. Go to People and apply the necessary filters.
  2. Click Favorites > Save Favorite As.
  3. Enter a name.
  4. (Optional) To load the filter by default each time that you open People, select the Load by Default checkbox.
  5. Click Save.

To load a filter that you’ve saved as a favorite, select it in the Favorites drop-down list.
