When you open the profile of an employee in an Australian pay group, their profile header includes an indicator that shows their work rights. You can hover over the associated link to view their specific right to work status. Depending on the status, you can also click the link to open a dialog box with additional information. In this example, the employee has normal work rights and a status of Australian:
The following tables list the right to work statuses that are associated with the Normal, Limited, Required, and None indicators, and any actions that can be taken. The statuses can mean different things depending on which right to work functionality you’re using.
