Phone Number

In the Phone Number tab, click Add to enter a phone number for a dependent or beneficiary. The Phone Number dialog box has the following fields:

• Type
• Country Code
• Phone Number
• Extension
• Effective Start (date)
• Effective End (date)
• Unlisted
