You can use Dayforce to track employee performance reviews including the rating an employee earned on each review, such as meeting or exceeding expectations, and in what performance cycle the review took place, such as the first quarter. See Record External Performance Reviews.
Role feature access: HR Admin > HR Admin > Performance Cycle Admin
To do this, you must first set up your organization’s performance cycles in HR Admin > Performance Cycle Admin. Performance review cycles define the date range during which an employee should be reviewed. For example, an organization that conducts semi-annual reviews could have H1 and H2 review cycles, one for each half of the year.
