When you click Parental Leave in the Reason drop-down list, Dayforce shows the HR Information section, which includes the following settings:

| Has Enough Notice |
A Yes or No value to indicate whether the employee has given enough notice for the leave request. |
| Date Evidence Received |
The date that the evidence for the leave request is received. |
| Evidence Valid |
A Yes or No value to indicate whether the evidence provided by the employee is valid. |
| Due Date |
The date the employee's child is expected to be born. |
| Actual Birth Date |
The birth date of the child. |
| Actual Birth Notification Date |
The date that the notification of the actual birth is submitted. |
| Extension Request Received Date |
The date the extension request is received. Editable only when the Extended Leave checkbox is selected in the General section of the Leave Management screen. |
| Extension Request Approved |
Indicates whether the extension request has been approved. |
| Return Notification Date | The date the notification of the return date is received. |
