In Work > Balances, you can view balances that Dayforce hides for the employee by default. For example, if you need to view a balance that’s used primarily for calculation purposes, you can temporarily view the employee’s balance for auditing purposes and then hide it again.
Before You Begin: This section applies only for balances that are configured with the Hidden By Default checkbox selected in Pay Setup > Balances in the Balances tab. See Balance Settings in the Dayforce Implementation Guide.
To temporarily show hidden balances in an employee’s profile:
- Go to People, open the employee profile, and click Work > Balances.
- In the Actual Balances section, select the Include Hidden Balances checkbox. Dayforce adds any hidden balances to the list, if available.
