New Hire Reporting

In the New Hire Reporting tab of the Employment > Employment Settings screen in People, you can suppress or resend the New Hire Export.

Before You Begin: The New Hire Reporting tab is only shown for employees in US pay groups.

Role feature access: Application Container > People > Employee Profile > Employment > Employment Settings > New Hire Reporting

Suppressing the New Hire Export prevents a new hire from showing on the New Hire Export. Resending the New Hire Export resends a New Hire Export that was previously sent for an employee.

To suppress the New Hire Export:

  1. Go to People, open the employee profile, and click Employment > Employment Settings.
  2. Click the New Hire Reporting tab.
  3. Select Suppress New Hire Export.
  4. Click Save.

To resend the New Hire Export:

  1. Go to People, open the employee profile, and click Employment > Employment Settings.
  2. Click the New Hire Reporting tab.
  3. Select Resend New Hire Export.
  4. Click Save.

The New Hire Export Created Date field is read-only and includes the date for the last New Hire Export that was processed for the employee.
