Authentication Token data grids allow employees, managers, and client administrators to view and revoke the link between Dayforce and Google Assistant. The data grids are located in the following areas in Dayforce:
- System Admin > User
- The Security Settings screen in People
- The Preferences > Security subtab in Profile
Assign Role Features for Authentication Tokens
To have access to Authentication Token data grids, depending on the user role, you need to enable the User Authentication Tokens role feature under the following features in the Features tab of System Admin > Roles:
- Profile > Profile Menu > Settings > Security
- System Admin > System Admin > User
- Application Container > People > Employee Profile > Security Settings
