In the Identification section of Personal > Confidential Information, you can view, add, edit, and delete identification records, including confidential ID types.
The employee's pay group country determines which identification types are shown in the Identification Type drop-down list. You can view and add types in HR Admin > Confidential Identification Types. See Create Confidential Identification Types.
For each record, you can enter:
- Identification Type (Required)
- Issuing Country
- Place of Issue
- Effective From (Required)
- Effective To
- Issue Date
- Expiry Date
- Identification Number
- Supporting Documents
