The HR Position Management Synchronization job looks for changes to employee names in Dayforce and brings them into Organization Designer. It also identifies changes to the Name Display Format client property and applies any changes in Organization Designer.
If your organization uses Position Management, you should schedule this job regularly to make sure that employee name changes are synchronized across Dayforce. After an employee’s display name is changed, the update isn’t shown in Organization Designer until the next time this job runs.
