In HR Admin > HR Incidents, you can configure different types of incidents that users can add to an employee's profile to track occurrences such as workplace injury or poor behavior. HR incident configuration involves configuring broad incident groups and incident types that fall under each group. Optionally, it also involves configuring incident actions and incident administrators.
Role feature access: HR Admin > HR Admin > HR Incidents
After configuring incidents in HR Admin > HR Incidents, you can add HR incidents in the following screens of People:
- Employment > Safety and Health Incidents: For recording safety or health related incidents.
- (US only) Organizations can use HR incidents for Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) reporting. OSHA safety and health incidents can be added to the Employment > Safety and Health Incidents screen directly or by submitting the Safety & Health (USA) form.
- Employment > HR Incidents: For recording other types of incidents like attendance or disciplinary issues.
