Add HR incidents in the Employment > HR Incidents screen of People.
| Setting | Description |

| General | |
| Incident Type | The type of incident that occurred. |
| Location | The location of the incident. By default, the primary work location of the user reporting the incident is shown. |
| Filed By | The user who is reporting the incident. Defaults to the user who is entering the incident into Dayforce. |
| Assigned To | The employee assigned to manage the incident. |
| Status | The status of the incident. By default, this value is set to Open. |
| Action | The action that’s being taken to address the incident. For example, coaching or suspension. |
| Questionable Claim | Indicates whether the reporter thinks the incident report is true. Options are Yes, No, and Unknown. |
| Date and Time | |
| Date Opened | The date that the incident was created. Defaults to today’s date. |
| Date Closed | The date that the incident was closed. |
| Incident Date | The date of the incident. This date must be on or before the date in the Date Opened field. |
| Time Began Work | The time that the employee started work on the day of the incident. |
| Time of Incident | The time that the incident occurred. |
| Date Return To Work | The date that the employee returned to work. |
| Are Days Lost | Indicates whether any workdays were lost because of the incident. |
| Days Lost | The number of workdays lost because of the incident. |
| Days Restricted | The number of workdays that the employee couldn’t perform their full duties. |
