HR Incident Notes

Managers and administrators can add notes to HR incident records in the Notes slide-out panel in the Employment > HR Incidents screen of People:

Dayforce shows notes chronologically starting with the most recent. You can click the image of the person who posted the note to open their employee card:

You can edit the notes that you post, but not those posted by other users. However, you can delete other people’s notes if you have the necessary permissions.

When an HR incident record includes notes, Dayforce shows a number on the notes icon in the Notes column:

Dayforce also shows a number in the View Notes link in the expanded details of the incident record:
