A warning icon appears in the Employee Count column for establishments to indicate when one or more employees has active employment status during the filing period defined for the template (and so should be reported on), but are excluded as a result of missing Component 1 data (ethnicity, gender, or a job category):
To view a detailed list of excluded employees for all of the establishments in the list, click Export from the toolstrip and select Employees with Exceptions. When you do this, Dayforce generates a CSV file with the excluded employees.
