The following is a description of the columns in the Establishments tab of an Illinois Pay Data template:

Number |
The number that is defined for the site in the Establishment Name field of the Organization > Compliance Properties tab of Org Setup > Organization. |

Legal Entity |
The legal entity that the site rolls up to. |

Org Unit Name |
The name of the site, which is defined in the Name field of the Organization > General tab of Org Setup > Organization. |
|
Establishment Name |
The establishment name that is defined for the site in the Establishment Name field of the Organization > Compliance Properties tab in Org Setup > Organization. If the Establishment Name field isn’t defined there, this column is blank. |

Employee Count |
The total number of employees, including Illinois employees, from the payroll filing year. Only employees who have gender, ethnicity, and job category data recorded in Dayforce are included. |

IL Employee Count |
The total number of Illinois employees from the payroll filing year. Only employees who have gender, ethnicity, and job category data recorded in Dayforce are included. This count isn’t included in the report and is for informational purposes. See Illinois Employee Count Overview. |

Street |
The address information that is defined for the site in the Organization > Address tab of Org Setup > Organization. |
