Establishments Tab Column List

The number that is defined for the site in the Establishment Number field of the Organization > Compliance Properties tab of Org Setup > Organization.

The legal entity that the site rolls up to.

The name of the site, which is defined in the Name field of the Organization > General tab of Org Setup > Organization.

The establishment name that is defined for the site in the Establishment Name field of the Organization > Compliance Properties tab in Org Setup > Organization. If the Establishment Name field isn’t defined, this column is blank.

The total number of employees, including California employees, from the payroll filing period. Only employees who have gender, ethnicity, and job category data recorded in Dayforce are included. This count is populated in the Total Number of Payroll Employees at Establishment field of the California pay data report.

A checkbox that indicates whether a California pay data report was submitted in the year prior to the current reporting year. This checkbox is cleared by default.

You can edit this checkbox before generating a report in the currently loaded screen, but you can’t save the update. The default selection is restored when you refresh the screen.
