Enroll Employees in Courses in the Learning Profile

You can review and manage your employees’ courses from the Learning screen in People.

Note: Courses that are assigned in Dayforce Learning are read-only and are shown in People only for your reference.

To enroll an employee in a course:

  1. Go to People, open the employee’s profile, and then click Learning.
  2. Click the Courses tab, and then click Enroll.
  3. Select an option in the Name drop-down list and then, if applicable, select an event session. If the course is external, select a start date and status, and complete the other fields.
  4. Click OK, and then click Save.
