In the Employment > HR Incidents screen in People, you can add and review employee HR incidents.
Filter and View HR Incident Records
You can sort records based on the Incident Type, Date Opened, Status, or Incident Date fields:
Filter for HR incidents based on the following parameters:
- Action
- Assigned To
- Date Closed
- Date Opened
- Filed by
- Incident Date (Default)
- Incident Type (Default)
- Location (Default)
- Status (Default)
Expand the record to view the details of the HR incident:
When you add, edit, copy, or delete incident records, Dayforce shows the information bar with the Pending Changes indicator:
