If the employee is assigned to a position using Position Management, the position name is shown. You can click the job assignment link to view the job assignment’s job description.
  • Note: If your organization uses Recruiting, Dayforce checks the Default Source for Job Requisition Descriptions client property to determine whether to show the description from the employee’s position, job assignment, or job in the employee profile header.
  • Location: The employee’s primary work location and onsite department.

  • Status: The employee’s current employment status.
  • Employee number: The employee’s employee number.
  • Manager: The profile picture, name, and business title of the employee’s manager. If the employee’s manager doesn’t have a business title, their job assignment is shown instead. If you have access to the manager in Dayforce, the manager’s name is a link that you can click to open their employee card.
  • Pay group: The name and country flag of the employee’s pay group.
  • Performance indicator: The employee’s performance rating, which is shown as high, medium, or low. This indicator is shown in red if the level is low.
  • Flight risk indicator: The employee’s flight risk, which can be high, medium, or low. This indicator is shown in red if the level is high.
