Dayforce Safety Monitor

Use the Dayforce Safety Monitor to report on employee primary work location and status regarding COVID-19 to help ensure the safety of employees while maintaining critical business operations.

Note: The system COVID-19 Check-In form and the COVID-19 Report Work Location form are end-dated as of May 5, 2026. After the end date, the forms aren't available for new submissions and don't trigger workflows. Forms submitted before the end date and the information saved in the Employment > Employee Properties screen of People is still available in Dayforce for historical and audit purposes.
