Create HR Incident Groups

To create an HR incident group:

  1. Go to HR Admin > HR Incidents and click the HR Incident Groups tab.
  2. Click Add.
  3. Enter a name and, optionally, a description.
  4. Select the Requires Escalation checkbox if incidents in this group should be escalated. See Configure Escalation for HR Incident Types.
  5. Click Save.

After you create an incident group, you can assign incident types to it in the HR Incident Types tab of HR Admin > HR Incidents.
